What we do for you...

| 7. Keep an accurate, itemized list of |

items sold and profits. |
| 8. Arrange secondary methods of |

liquidation including, auctions, |

ebay and by-outs. |
| 9. Arrange delivery of stored or |
| |
donated items. |
| 10. Clean and clear properties for |
| |
sale and/or renovation. |
From the moment an agreement is signed, to the time a house is completely cleared out, should take no more than seven days. However, It could take a bit longer if there are many odd items to be researched.
We will treat all your effects and furnishings with the utmost care. If you have concerns, please talk to us. We will make every attempt to accomplish what you need done in a manner that makes you comfortable.

Fees
Walk through appraisals are free.You pay us nothing out of pocket. We take care of everything.
Our sales, advertising and clean-out fees are paid on a pre-agreed percentage (usually about 30% of the total)
We are paid only after items are sold, and no sooner- Just one more reason it’s in our best interest to give you expedient, professional, lucrative clearance of your valuable items. |
