INTRO

As a die-hard, independent filmmaker, I’ve spent the last decade, or so, with my grubby, little hands in almost every facet of the production and distribution process. I’ve paid hefty dues learning, reading, listening, watching and doing. I’ve trudged through some costly, time consuming, and often painful mistakes. I’ve also reveled in some awesome successes, reminding me why I love this industry so much.

The following “Indie Advice” series covers a few things I’ve learned through the process of “doing it.”

Seriously, I hope it helps.

All the best.
Ben.

P.S.

Question: How do you make a film, on a limited budget, and get it distributed to the public?

Answer: The same way you eat an elephant...

One bite at a time. One minute, one hour, one day at a time. That’s how you’ll make your film, your way, on a limited budget and get it distributed to the public.

Peace.
