Some people are made for Hollywood, some are not. After spending five years pin-balling around Los Angeles, I moved back to Phoenix, Arizona. I’m happier now.

My stint on the west coast gave me some quality time to think and grow. I learned a lot from some extremely talented people- Jesus, I can’t believe we made two full-length features in Arizona knowing as little as we did.

But that’s what indie filmmaking is about; get out there and just do it. Write it, cast it, shoot it, edit it and show it man. What do you want? To be a millionaire? God, there are easier ways to get rich than this, that’s for sure.

So now, it’s back to my roots, back to what inspired me as a filmmaker in the first place. Namely...

Sci-fi, action and horror stories with likable characters that display a solid core of values and beliefs. Smart dialogue with adult humor, hot chicks, bad-ass weapons, fast cars, blood, guts, gore and conflict with disturbing situations that reflect the true condition of our human experience...

Yup.

Twilightshow Entertainment presents a brand new series written, directed and hosted by Director Ben Juhl.

"Deviant Theater: Season one” is scheduled to launch in April of 2012, and will be posted to the YouTube channel “DirectorBenJuhl”.

The season will feature six complete, sci-fi, short films spanning a twelve month period. It will also include a director’s blog, motivational videos, DIY tips, and behind-the-scenes featurettes.
