MY FAMILY

I’ll tell you right now. If you want some serious shit to start happening in your life, just commit to a monthly journal. Then, you'll see how much time you DON’T have.

I believe I write some of my best stuff when I’m frustrated or perplexed. That’s when I get all philosophical on my ass and write down the things I need myself to hear.

“Now” is not one of those times. I’m extremely focused and at peace with how things are rolling along right now. This is a good thing.

So... Since I have nothing terribly introspective to share right now, I’m just going to throw some pictures at you, and hopefully, you feel like I'm keeping up with my commitment to this page. These are all pictures from this last month.

Okay. So, here is Terri with a funny hat and a cigar. I'd like to tell you she was just acting silly, but the truth is, she does this quite often.

Here is Terri shmoozing me- Probably trying to get her way. I'd like to tell you this is just just an act. But, she does this quite often. Probably, because it works.

This is one of three tricks Terri knows. Fascinating isn't it? She doesn't do them very often, but I laugh when she does.

(Okay, yes, we get it Ben. It's great to live in California.) Eat your heart out inland suckers!

I love Richie and Rachel... They are certainly not your basic, run-of-the mill, teenage, step-kids. So take a moment, and gaze upon the glory of their magnificence.

...Okay, you might need to gaze awhile.

Here is Terri in retro-gangsta mode.

I was told to shut up and take the picture.

So I did.

Why? See picture number two.

The "MR. GUN" shoot

The short film, Mr. Gun, was completed last weekend at Air Hollywood in the San Fernando Valley area. It was a damn good time, and an insane shoot, for many reasons. I'm extremely proud of the grit, talent, determination and professionalism of the cast and production crew we had working on this project."

Here's some behind-the-scenes pictures.

JoseBert, Jose, Kim and Tommy doing what actors do 90% of the time... Waiting.

Round about 2:00 a.m., Casey, Andy and Toby are still going strong.

This is my "Don't ask me. I'm just the Director" look. It's the look I wear most of the time on set.

On a scale between "poor" and "excellent," Mr. Casey Goode lives up to his name.

J.P. Welgus (AD and editor) watched like a guard dog making sure our time schedules were met and all rules were followed to the letter. Did I mention our 10 hr. shoot took about 23 hrs.?

Chris- Our "behind the scenes" dude.

Tommy, Toby and Sponge-Bob Stunt Pants, uh... I mean Derek.

Too

This picture speaks for itself I think.

That's me, on the far right, attempting to direct a masterpiece. The wonder twins ignoring my genius are Tody and Casey. Dan is actually standing right beside us. He's only four foot tall with an extremely large head... Just kidding.

This is Justin our "sound guy." He did an awesome job, I mean it. I won't bust his chops, cause he doesn't know my sense of humor, and I want him to come back.

Plus, he's kinda got that "don't mess with me" look in his eye.

Also, Artem kicked some major ass as our promotional photographer. I just couldn't find any pictures with him in them.

That's all for this month. Sorry if I missed anyone. All you guys rock!
